The First Pour
On the night of the May Flower Full Moon, Taste Gallery launched something entirely its own. An intimate five-course tasting experience was built around the world debut of Holy Water, a hand-crafted, alcohol-free luxury sparkling beverage made with kava, hibiscus, yuzu, damiana, and saffron, created by Anahata. Guests were received at the entrance by a towering Moonflower, a stilt-walking goddess who set the tone before a single word was spoken. Inside, a Flower Goddess guided the room through a moon bath ritual, wishing petals, and the ceremonial first pour of Holy Water. Chef HayaFare translated each of the five ingredients into a course that embodied its essential quality — grounding, awakening, clarity, connection, and transcendence — with edible flowers adorning every plate and every table, from the opening amuse-bouche soup shot to the final vegan coconut ice cream dessert. Throughout the night, surprise performances emerged across the multi-space venue — spoken word, live music, and burlesque — pulling guests into private, unexpected moments between chapters, while Anahata herself moved through the room sharing the story and intention behind her creation. Those who were there felt it. The First Pour was the beginning of something.
